SALUD PILates

Pilates Reform and Pilates Jump are full body-conditioning programs comprised of a series of approximately 500 designed movements. Pilates improves strength, flexibility, balance, control and muscular symmetry. The rhythmic exercises promote elongated and toned muscles. They are noted for developing strength in the abdomen, lower back and glutes, creating a strong body core.

SALUD Reform

The Pilates Reformer is a traditional piece of Pilates equipment which looks like a bed with springs, a sliding carriage, ropes and pulleys. The reformer's rolling carriage and varying levels of spring resistance means your core has to work extra hard to support and stabilize the body. The exercises usually work muscles through a large range of motion which is ideal for building and toning muscles as well increasing stability through the joints.
