Meghan grew up in mid coast Maine where she began dancing ballet at the age of three. Throughout her dance career she was introduced to Pilates as a way of rehabbing her body. She began Pilates instructor training in West Palm Beach Florida. Throughout training she worked closely with physical therapists and took extensive courses on Anatomy and Kinesiology. Once certified, Meghan began teaching classes and private client sessions and continued doing so when she moved out to Portland Oregon. Meghan has continued taking instructor workshops throughout the years gaining knowledge of how best to work with all clients. Recently having moved back to New England, Meghan is happy and excited to continue teaching and learning.
Crystal’s goal as a teacher is to guide individuals into their bodies; inviting all ages and fitness levels to explore and connect with themselves as witness in their physical and subtle body. Students leave her classroom feeling encouraged, positive, and connected to their own strength both physically and mentally. Crystal brings compassion, energy, experience, challenge, creativity and humor to her classes. Anticipate potent moves, posture and alignment focus, cues, high vibrations, and dynamic-spicy sequences that will have you feeling energized and empowered within minutes. Crystal is currently working towards her 500hr yoga teacher certification training at Kripalu School of Yoga!
Hannah is a fitness professional from Maine. Hannah specializes in Bootcamp style group classes. As an instructor her goal is to make fitness accessible to all levels, while helping you build strength and agility; a full body workout. During Hannah's classes you can expect to increase your heart rate and maximize muscle gains. Hannah brings energy, compassion and fun to all her workouts. She will ensure proper form as safety is critical to long-term success. She creates an environment where everyone can feel challenged, supported and most importantly has fun while working towards their individual goals.
Adriana teaches Vinyasa & Gentle yoga, drawing inspiration from her many teachers and her own practice as it evolves day-to-day. She welcomes all levels and is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for everyone.
Adriana received her 200-hr teacher training from Frog Lotus Yoga in 2007 and has been teaching and studying yoga across New England since then. She recently moved to Portland from Vinalhaven, where she co-founded the Vinalhaven Yoga, Pilates & Barre studio. She lives and teaches there during the summers.
Brad is a Portland Maine native and former multiple sport athlete. After taking his first hot yoga class, there was a moment in savasana where the light just turned on. The journey is just beginning for Brad, he completed his 200 hour training in 2018 at Hot 8 yoga in Pasadena, California and plans to continue towards his 500 hr in the near future. His vinyasa style is explorative, playful, and aimed to challenge you physically while allowing you to travel further inward.

Jess' passion for health and fitness started early on as a competitive snowboarder where she was introduced to the gym at age 12. Competing through high school and occasionally throughout college, she fell in love with pushing herself to the max and competing whether it was against others or just herself in the gym.
Finally turning her passion into a job, Jess received her Personal Training Certificate from the American Council on Exercise in 2018. Open to all fitness levels, her boot camp style classes will push you to your max and leave you feeling stronger physically and mentally. You will improve form, strength and stamina. Jess provides the pump-up playlists and encouragement - all you have to do is show up!
Dorienne Lewin graduated from Point Park University in Pittsburgh with a BA in Modern Dance. Having a strong understanding of movement and body awareness, she continued her education becoming a nationally certified Personal Trainer, Pilates, Yoga, and Barre instructor. She received her certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Temple of Kriya Yoga, Physical Mind Institute, Pilates Method Alliance and BarSculpt. Through the system of self-improvement and realization Dorienne’s students will uncover strength and flexibility in the mind and body.
