An InBody scan is a quick, non-invasive body composition assessment that measures muscle mass, body fat, and hydration levels. It gives a clearer picture of progress beyond the scale and shows you what’s actually happening beneath the surface:

Are you holding onto inflammation or hormonally active tissue?
InBody scans are used to track changes over time and help guide adjustments to your nutrition and lifestyle plan so we can make more precise, data-driven decisions.
Do I need an InBody scan to work with you?
No. It’s optional, but highly helpful if your goals include body composition changes or metabolic health improvements.
