This monthly series invites you into an immersive, meditative experience. Be “bathed” in sound waves and gentle vibrations designed to quiet the mind, release tension, and harmonize the body.

What is a sound bath you ask?
The frequencies from singing bowls work together to stimulate the vagus nerve, activate the body’s relaxation response, and support pain relief — creating a deeply immersive experience you won’t want to miss.

Myofascial release invites a deeper conversation between breath, nerves, memory, and awareness. Fascia holds the imprint of lived experience—injury, stress, grief, ambition, identity—and this practice creates space to gently let go.

You’ll be invited to move or be still, following what your body needs in the moment.

Kate will guide soft movement and breathwork to help you settle into the body, release stress, and shift stagnant energy. You’ll be led through a guided visualization that includes group energy clearing and reset, a body scan, space for reflection and integration, as well as writing, reading, and quiet connection.
