Kate will guide soft movement and breathwork to help you settle into the body, release stress, and shift stagnant energy. You’ll be led through a guided visualization that includes group energy clearing and reset, a body scan, space for reflection and integration, as well as writing, reading, and quiet connection.

Come unwind through fascia-led practices that support the body’s natural ability to soften and release.

Myofascial release invites a deeper conversation between breath, nerves, memory, and awareness. Fascia holds the imprint of lived experience—injury, stress, grief, ambition, identity—and this practice creates space to gently let go.

You’ll be invited to move or be still, following what your body needs in the moment.
